nikola tosic everything

nikola tosic everything

everything you ever wanted to know about nikola tosic but were afraid to ask

i am doing many different things and wanted to make one website which organizes it in an ok way. i think seeing all my projects can be very helpful if you are in any kind of a relationship with me.

art

yes, i think art is a very important part of my everyday.

becoolordie.com is a website which organizes my online art works. you will find pleanty more links over there.

nakitu minayashi is important enough to be mentioned separately.

somethingnew.info is an art event i organize from time to time.

sports

a daily routine that must not be neglected - i compete in ironman triathlons.

triathlon team is a team of triathletes whom i help out with some ideas, design and such things. lots of fun!

HERMES planet is a network of running & triathlon clubs which i set up slowly over the last few years. currently we are in 2 countries but i am hopping we will expand further.

work

all my work is about a combination of making beautiful things and helping people. it is not a pr tagline - it is how it is - honest!

nekada is a brand under which i offer my strategic branding consulting(!). i have been into this kind of work one way or the other since the end of the last century and i enjoy it very much.

personality stereotypes was a research project i did in 2002 through nekada and sometimes it is confused as my art (if its yellow it's nekada!). website collected data and i self-published it as a book (before online print) which i give away as a corporate gift. my garage is still full of these books so if you want any let me know.

educational sticker is another project on the border of business and art, but at the end it is yellow and therefore it is business (nekada). i made tens of thousands of these stickers and mailed them to random addresses around the world. obviously i had some extra cash back than.

triathlon team also belongs here because it is a project of my company.

cooking message was first made for a client, and than grew into a project on its own. made with rafael rozendaal. it helps you communicate in a weird way to your friends.

my linkedin profile.

everyday & socializing

i produce a lot of content about most basic things that happen to me every day, i am an extreme extrovert, i am like this because this is how i think and figure things out, and i also do it for my work, as research.

tosic.com is my main blog.

i try to update facebook often.

i am much more active on twitter.

soon i will have more than 20.000 photos on my flickr.com.

on my youtube i have some nice videos, you have to watch them till the end sometime.

i enjoy blip.fm very much.

i do not use myspace often, i used to, but not anymore, it is messy, but i will post something there from time to time.

events

finding, making and documenting funny things is important.

meet in a nice restaurant is an awesome project, keep checking the website for a new edition in 2009.

something new (mentioned under art) is my version of biennial art shows, only i am too lazy to od it every two years.

humor

finding, making and documenting funny things is important.

ismileyu.com ( i:)u.com ) is a way for me to document stuff i find online which make me laugh.

newslose.com is a collection of my invented news articles.

activism

i am not much of a fundraiser, but i like to make waves in my own way.

say NO to military is quite blunt.

say NO to draftig (mentioned under sports already) is a small ironman activism initiative. it started as my frustration at ironman austria 2008 race, which turned into an article for south african triathlete, than became a website and grew on facebook. i will see how far it goes. i hope people who do manage the sport take it seriously.

freegeorge.us is a blog i made for george martorano - a person i am sure should be free. george blogs through letters from coleman prison.
